About Me

As an experienced software architect with a background in high traffic public facing systems and global transactional systems, I have a deep understanding of the challenges that come with building scalable, reliable systems. I specialize in building web-based platforms from scratch and have a strong track record of success working with AWS, Microsoft and Serverless technologies.

In my current role as Head of Engineering at Chemist4U, I am responsible for all aspects of the technical systems, from the public websites, middleware and backend systems. All opinions on this personal website are my own.

I have published a AWS Lambda Deep Dive course on A Cloud Guru/PluralSight, and have been recognised as a AWS Ambassador and AWS Community Builder for my technical ability and commitment to the community.

I am passionate about staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the field, and I am always looking for new ways to improve my skills and knowledge, or to share my knowledge through online content or presenting at conferences and user-groups.
